These sensors were designed with the limits of the factory Bosch MED 17.1.1 4.0t ECU in mind.

There is a coded software limit from Bosch that will only allow the ECU to read up to 5120hpa, or 5 Bar.

No matter what hardware comes out moving forward, you will have plenty of overhead with your map sensors.

They have been tested on the bench down to 250hpa, or .25 Bar, or 25KPA, or 3.26psi depending on your preferred flavor of measurement. In theory can read lower, however, the testing equipment could not physically pull a lower vacuum.
