These turbos were designed for quick spooling and high boost. We achieved this by having a 49/65 compressor wheel which the 48 mm is a plus 5mm over the factory RS7 inducer. The 65 mm exducer will hold the high rpm boost above 35 psi and up to 40 psi with the correct exhaust and tune. the hot end is a 46/52 UHF wheel to capture all the hot gasses to create as much power as the turbo can. The dyno graph is from a S6 in California with cats and made the 755whp at 30 psi stock clutches. In the log attached it was a 4th gear hit to show how fast these turbos come on compared to others on the market and make over 31 psi at 4300 rpm. These turbos come with a 12 month warranty which does not cover foreign object damage. We added a option for porting of the the compressor outlet which opens it up to 1.75 dia from the factory size of 1.54 much better flow. a third party inspector will be called in to verify what caused damage. no warranty for foreign object debris.
